ODA is a product of S3 Proxy, headquartered in Berhampur, Odisha. We are the data controller responsible for processing your information on the platform.

Account information (name, email, phone), listing data, usage and interaction data, approximate location (only with permission), and device/browser metadata.

To power listings, messaging, Padosi Score computation, bookings, recommendations, fraud prevention, and continuous platform improvement.

If you opt into WhatsApp listing intake or messaging, we only use your number for the workflow you initiated. No promotional spam. Ever.

We rely on Google Places (location data), an Aadhaar eSign partner (rent agreements), and a payment processor for booking transactions. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Your data is stored on secure servers, India-based where possible, with encryption at rest and in transit.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Write to privacy@s3proxy.in to make a request.

We use cookies for session authentication, anonymised analytics, and A/B feature flags. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

ODA is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
