What deletion means

Read this carefully before continuing.

What gets deleted

  • ·Profile, photos, and preferences
  • ·Saved listings and search history
  • ·Chats with owners and renters
  • ·Device tokens and notifications

What we must retain (8 yrs)

  • ·Tax invoices and GST records
  • ·Signed rent agreements (eSign)
  • ·KYC and Aadhaar verification logs
  • ·Transaction and dispute records

Settle first.

Cancel active bookings, withdraw pending security-deposit refunds, and download your rent agreements. Once deletion is complete, we cannot re-issue these from your account.
